ORDINANCE NO. 273
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE ADDING NEW SECTION
9361.1 TO THE IRWINDALE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES
ORDAIN
SECTION 1 The City Council, after public hearing duly
held, does hereby find that the public interest, convenience
and necessity require that Section 9361.1 be added to the
Irwindale Zoning Code.
SECTION,2. Section 9361.1 is:hereby added to the Irwindale
Zoning Code, to read as follows:
"9361.1 U,$e_of Facilities.
Off-street,parking facilities required and
established and pursuant to this part shall be
continuously maintained for off-street parking
facilities for the temporary parking (not storage)
of motor,vehicles, and shall not be used for any
other purpose."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to, the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 1974.
