ORDINANCE NO. 278
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
THE ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY BY
CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY (BARRON).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of
California, the Zoning Code of this City and the Zone Map
provided therein are hereby amended to indicate that the zoning
Fi of all that property now zoned A-1 at 4946 Azusa Canyon Road
in the City of Irwindale, and as is more particularly described
in the application on file in Case No. 74-2-ZC be changed to M-1.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1974.

of the City of Irwindale, held on the 11th day of July, 1974,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on
the 25th day of July, 1974 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Barbosa, Breceda, Chico, Pat Miranda and
Mayor Michael Miranda
