AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
ORDINANCE NO. 10,961 OF THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES RELATING TO ANIMAL CONTROL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 10,961
amending Ordinance 4729 relating to Animal Control, three
(3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City
Clerk, are hereby adopted by reference pursuant to the
applicable provisions of the Government Code.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of
October, 1974.
