ORDINANCE NO. 281
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE
ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY BY CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES.
CASE NO. 74-6-ZC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of
California, the Zoning Code of this City and the Zone Map provided
therein are hereby amended to indicate that the following described
property is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
Property on the east side of Azusa Canyon Road,
from Lot No. 800 (owned by General Telephone
Company) south to Lot No. 16 (owned by
Frank Smith of Sackett Welding Company) and is
more particularly described in the file of
Case No. 74-6-ZC.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1975.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 281, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City C ouncil
of the City of Irwindale, held on the 12th day of December, 1974,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a
regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 9th day of
January, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Chico
Pat Miranda and Mayor M. Miranda.
NOES.:. COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
