ORDINANCE NO. 283
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
EXTENDING ORDINANCE NO. 279 RELATING
TO A MORATORIUM ON THE USE"OR
DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that:
A. Pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government
Code of the State of California and after duly
held public hearing thereon the City Council
does hereby extend Ordinance No. 279 for an
additional 120 days.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed
in the manner prescribed by law,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of February. 1975.

Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 283, was introduced as an urgency ordinance at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Irwindale,
held on the 13th day of February, 1975, add.'was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk by the following vote of
the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Chico, Pat Miranda and
Mayor Michael Miranda
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Breceda
