AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
ORDINANCES#9656, 10,075, 10,238, 10,624
AND 10,728 OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AS
AMENDIWTS TO THE CITY HEALTH CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinances #9656, 10,075, 10,238, 10,624
and 10,728 of the County of Los Angeles are hereby adopted by
reference as amendmapnts to the City Health Code and the Irwindale
Municipal Code is hereby amended to show such amendments.
SECTION 2. Three copies of each of said ordinances is
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cawmse the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1975.

Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 292, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 9th day of October,
j 1975, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 13th day
of November, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Michael Miranda,
Pat Miranda and Mayor Chico.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
