AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 6252.8 OF THE
IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE ANWDING SECTION
6252.20 (a) TO THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
SECTION 1. The following Sections are hereby amended
and added to the IrwindaleMunicipalCode to read as follows:
(a) Section 6252.8 of the Irwindale Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:

Auction establishment is a fixed place of business
where any goods, wares or merchandise are sold or
offered for sale or trade by public outcry or
auction.

(City Clerk Permit Required Section 6279 (x)
(City Council Permit Required Section 6299 (c)
(b) Section 6252.20 (a) of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby added to read'as follows:
Section 6252.20 (a) Liquor Stores $50.00 A
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1976.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale, do
hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance 296,
was approved on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 11th day of December, 1975, was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the
said City Council held on the 8th day of January, 1976, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, M. Miranda, P. Miranda
and Mayor Chico.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
