AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
ADOPTING ORDINANCE 11275 AND 11360 OF THE
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES BY REFERENCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Three (3) copies of Los Angeles County
Ordinance 11275 and 11360 are on file with the Office of the City
Clerk.
SECTION 2. Said Ordinance 11275 and 11360 of the County of
Los Angeles are hereby adopted by the City of Irwindale as amendments
to the Building Code by reference.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1976.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance 305,
was approved at first reading, October 14, regular meeting, and was
duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting held
on the 28th day of October, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Michael Miranda,
Tapia and Mayor Pat Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
