AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 306, WITH
REGARDS TO 'SECTION 6252.37, OF THE
IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
BUSINESS LICENSE TAXES AND DUMP CHARGES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The following clause :is added to the end of
Section 6252.37 of the Irwindale Municipal Code:
"Provided, however, that no business license
tax due hereunder for Class III materials
shall in any event exceed the sum of $2,500
per quarter".
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APRROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 1977.
