ORDINANCE NO. 313
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 2423 OF THE
IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
COMPENSATION OF PARK & RECREATION COMMISSIONERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2423 of the Irwindale Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"2423" Compensation and Expenses. Each member of the
Park and Recreation Commission shall receive the
sum of $25.00 for each regular meeting actually
attended, which in no event shall exceed a total
of $25.00 per month each. Each member may receive
reasonable travelling and incidental expenses
when attending conferences and actual and necessary
expenses incurred in the performance of official
duties. No expense of any kind sh9ll be incurred
by the Park & Recreation Commission or members
thereof, unless first authorized and approved by
the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1977.
