ORDINANCE NO. 314
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
ORDINANCE NO. 4729 OF THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES RELATING TO ANIMAL CONTROL AND
DECLARING THIS ORDINANCE IMMEDIATELY
EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 4729, including
amendments, relating to Animal Control, three (3) copies of which
are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, are hereby adopted
by reference pursuant to the applicable provisions of the
Government Code.
SECTION 2. The City Council finds and determines that it is
necessary to make this ordinance immediately effective.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED 'this 14th day of July, 1977.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 314, was introduced as an urgency ordinance at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the
14th day of July, 1977, and was duly passed, approved and adopted
by the City Council on the 14th day of July, 1977, approved and
signed by the'Mayor and attested by`the'City Clerk -by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Michael Miranda,
Pat Miranda and Mayor Tapia.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
