AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THIS
CITY BY CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY.
(CASE NO. 77-7-ZC, Craftmaster - Azusa Canyon
Road)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of
California; the Zoning Code of this City, and the Zone Map provided
therein are hereby amended to indicate that the following described
property is rezoned from A-1 to M-1.
A triangular piece of property, .08 acres,
Located between Los Angeles Street, the
Big Dalton Wash and west of Azusa Canyon
Road.
Generally described as the northwest corner
of Azusa Canyon Road and Los Angeles Street.,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by Law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 1977.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance 317,
was approved on first reading on the 8th day of September, 1977,
approved and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of
September, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Michael Miranda,
Pat Miranda and Mayor Tapia
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
