ORDINANCE NO. 327
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING ORDINANCES
319, 320, 321, AND 322 OF THE CITY
RELATING TO FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Each and every permit fee (including building,
plumbing, electrical and mechanical) set forth in Ordinances 319,
320, 321, and 322, and each and every plan check fee is hereby
increased 100%, effective June 30, 1978, subject to any pre-
existing contractual agreements.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become immediately effective
pursuant to Government Code Section 36937(d).
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June, 1978.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 327 was
approved on first reading on the 22nd day of June, 1978, approved
and adopted at a regular adjourned meeting held on the 29th day
of June, 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Michael Miranda and
Mayor Tapia;
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pat Miranda
