AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING ORDINANCES
319, 320, 321, 322, and 327 OF THE CITY
RELATING TO FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Each and every permit fee (including building,
plumbing, electrical and mechanical) set forth in Ordinances 319,
320, 321,.and 322, and each and every plan check fee (all as
established by Ordinance 327-) is hereby decreased by 1/3,
effective April 30, 1979, subjecttto any pre-existing contractual
agreements; such fees will than be exactly two times the County
rates.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become immediately effective
pursuant to Goverament Code Section 36937(d).
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
