ORDINANCE NO. 334
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 6252.8 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO AUCTIONEERS' FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The following Section is hereby amended to the
Irwindale Municipal Code to read as follows:
(a) Section 6252.8 of the Irwindale Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
6252.8 Auctioneers -
livesto
and
Auction establishment is a fixed place of business
where any goods, wares or merchandise are sold or
offered for sale or trade by public outcry or auction.
$100.00 D
per auctioneer, or
auction establishment
(City Clerk permit required Section 6279 (x) )
(City Council permit required Section 6299 (c) )
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1979.
