AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 302
(REDEVELOPMENT PLAN)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Irwindale has heretofore
passed Ordinance No. 302 entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council
of the City bf Irwindale Adopting a Redevelopment Plan for the City
Industrial Development Project Pursuant to Section 33365 of the
Health and Safety Code of the State of California"; and
WHEREAS, the Irwindale Community Redevelopment Agency has hereto-
fore adopted its Resolution No. CR(1) 80-068 entitled "A Resolution
of the Irwindale Community Redevelopment Agency Amending the
Redevelopment Plan for the City Industrial Development Project"; and
WHEREAS, all required notices have been given,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 6 of Ordinance No. 302 is amended by adding
the following language:
"(j) Section 800 of the Redevelopment Plan for
City Industrial Development Project shall be deleted in
its entirety.
A new Section 800 shall be inserted in its place
and stead as follows:
(Section 800). Duration of this Plan. Except
for the nondiscrimination and nonsegregation
provisions which shall run in perpetuity, the
provisions of this Plan shall be effective and
provisions of other documents formulated pursuant to
this Plan may be made effective for fifty (50) years
from the date of adoption of this Plan by the City
Council".
Section 2: In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 302 shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance, and said City Clerk shall take the steps necessary
to comply with the provisions of Section 33372, 33373 and 33375 of
the Health & Safety Code of the State of California.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 1980.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 336, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Irwindale, held on the 24th day of January, 1980,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the
14th day of February, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Breceda, Tapia, Pat Miranda
and Mayor Michael Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
