ORDINANCE NO. 344
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY:>OF IRWINDALE INCREASING THE
SALARIES OF COUNCILMEN AS PERMITTED
BY LAW.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 36516.2
and 36516.5 of the California Government Code and 57 A. G. Ops ll,
the salaries of the Councilmen of Irwindale is hereby increased
October lst, 19803 (or as soon thereafter as is permitted by law)
to $200.01 per month.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1980.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 344, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Irwindale, held on the 14th day of August, 1980,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 14th
day of July, 1980 by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmen: Barbosa, Castellanos, Tapia, Pat
Miranda and Mayor Michael Miranda
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT: Councilmen: NONE
