AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 2404
OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO COMPENSATION OF PLANNING COMMISSIONERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTIONI. Section 2402 of the Irwindale Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"2402. Compensation and Expenses. Each member of the
Planning Commission shall receive the sum of $75.00
for each regular meeting actually attended which in no
event shall exceed a total of $75.00 per month each.
Each member may receive reasonable traveling and
incidental expenses when attending planning conferences,
meetings of planning executives, or hearings on
planning legislation or matter affecting planning within
the City and actual and necessary expenses incurred in
the performance of official duties. No expense of any
kind shall be incurred by the Planning Commission or
members thereof, unless first authorized and approved
by the City Council."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.

No. 345, was introduced at a regular meeting of the CityCouncil
of the City of Irwindale, held on the 14th day of August, 1980,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 14th
day of July, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Castellanos, Tapia, Pat
Miranda and Mayor Michael Miranda
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
