ORDINANCE NO. 347
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
AMENDING SECTION17.80.039 and SECTIONS
17.32, 17.36, 17.40, 17.44 and 17.48
RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OR IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to recommendation of the Planning
Commission of the City of Irwindale, and processing as required
by law, Section AA, reading as follows is hereby added to
Section 17 80.039 of the Irwindale City Code and Sections 17.32,
17.36, 17.40, 17.44 and 17.48 are also amended accordingly.
AA. All outdoor storage of building and contractor
supplies shall be subject to a Conditional Use Permit,
in all Commercial Zones, after the effective date of
this Ordinance.
SECTION p. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1980.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 347, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Irwindale, held on the 25th day of September, 1980,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 9th
day of October, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Castellanos, Tapia, Pat
Miranda and Mayor Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE I
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
