AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO 331 RELATING TO
PERMIT FEES.

THE dVni"''`'OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The Permit Fees established by Ordinance No. 331
are hereby amended because of the amendments adopted by the Los
Angeles County, in such fashion to remain exactly twice the
County rate as set forth on Exhibit A, ie.e. Exhibit A will be
doubled.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance No. 349 shall become immediately
j effective Pursuant to Government Code Section 36937(d).
.r SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1981.
