ORDINANCE NO. 351
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDAIR AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THIS
CITY BY CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
(CASE NO. 81-3-ZC, GALEN STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of
California, the Zoning Code of this City, and Zone Map provided
therein are hereby amended to indicate that the following described
property is rezoned from M-1 to R-1.
That portion of Lot 10 in Section 36, Township
1 North Range 11, west of the subdivision of
the Rancho Azusa de Duarte, in the City of
Irwindale, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per Map recorded in Book 6,
page 30 of Miscellaneous Records in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
Generally described as 2120 Galen Street, south
side of Street and between Broach & Newington
Streets.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1981.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 351 was
approved on 1st Reading on the 23rd day of April, 1981, approved
and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of May, 1981,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Castellanos, Michael Miranda and
Mayor Arthur Tapia
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Pat Miranda
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
