AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE ADDING SECTION 5.08.361
OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE.
(SERVICE STATION BUSINESS LICENSE FEES)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The following Section is hereby added to the
Irwindale Municipal Code to read as follows:
(a) Section 5.08.361 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby added to read as follows:
Section 5.08.361 Service Stations
$250.00 A
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October,.1981.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 357, was approved on first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 24th day of September, 1981, was
duly passed, approved and adopted by said council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
adjourned meeting of the said City Council held on the 15th day
of October, 1981, by the following vote:
