ORDINANCE NO. 368
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.
333 OF SAID CITY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
THE 1982 EDITION OF THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY ELECTRICAL CODE.
An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 333, of the City of
Irwindale by adopting by reference the Los Angeles County Electrical
Code as contained in the 1982 Edition of the County of Los Angeles
Electrical Laws as published by Building News, Inc., and making
other amendments.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 333, entitled "ELECTRICAL CODE"
adopted October 11, 1979, is hereby amended by adopting by reference,
and designated as the Electrical Code as published in the 1982
Edition of the Los Angeles County Electrical Laws by Building
News, Inc., and such code shall be and become Electrical Code of
the City of Irwindale, regulating the installation, arrangement,
alteration, repair, use and operation of electric wiring, connections,
fixtures and other electrical appliances on premises within the
City of Irwindale, and providing for the issuance of permits and
collection of fees therefor.
Three copies of said Los Angeles County Electrical
Laws have been deposited in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale and shall be at all times maintained by said
Clerk for use and examination by the public.
Said edition of the Los Angeles County Electrical Code,
except as hereafter provided, is hereby substituted for, and
shall take the place of the Electrical Code set forth in said
Ordinance No. 333 and such amending ordinance previously adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23 day of June, 1983.

adopted at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of June, 1983,
