ORDINANCE NO. 372
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE ADDING SECTION
10.28.181 TO THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE, SPECIFYING SIGN SIZE AND PLACE-
MENT FOR PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section reading as follows,is hereby added
to the Irwindale Municipal Code;
Section 10.28.181 - PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY - SIGNS
No person shall erect or maintain, or suffer
or permit to be erected or maintained, any
sign or notice in connection with Vehicle
Code Section 22658, except in the following
manner:
1. No sign shall exceed four hundred
and seventy-five (475) square inches
in area;
2. The specifications for the said
sign are 18" X 24";
3. Only one sign for every 1,000 square
feet.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Irwindale shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to
its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be
published and posted as required by law.
APPROVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of September,
1984.

do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 372, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council for first reading on August 23, 1984, and was
duly passed, approved and adopted at a regular adjourned meeting
of said City Council held on the 27th day of September, 1984, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Castellanos, Pat Miranda,
Tapia and Mayor Michael Miranda
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
