ORDINANCE NO. 373
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY BUILD -I -N4 -CODE BY INCREASING THE
FEES FOR SEWER SADDLE PERMITS.
THT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13.04.040(-d7) is hereby amended to
increase permits to Sewer Saddle from $40.00 to $154.00.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1984.
