AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE EXTENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 371 (METAL PIPE MANUFACTURING)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 65858
of the California Government Code and after a Public Hearing,
the City Council does hereby extend the moratorium imposed
by Ordinance No. 371 for a period of 360 days.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to
be posted as required by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 1984.
