ORDINANCE NO. 376
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF' IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
10.40.040 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10.40.040 of the Irwindale Municipal Code
is hereby amended by changing the declared prima facie speed limit
on the following streets, or portions thereof, to read as follows:

Ordinance No. 376
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.

No. 376, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 29th day of November,
1984, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of December, 1984,
