ORDINANCE NO. 380
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 2.04.010
OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
THE TIME OF HOLDING REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2.04.010 of the Irwindale Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.04.010. Council Meetings. There shall be one (1)
regular meeting of the City Council during each calendar month
and such meeting shall be held on the fourth Thursday thereof,
at the hour of 6:30 O'Clock p. m., provided, however, that if k'
the date of any such regular meeting falls on a holiday, said
regular meeting may not be held on said holiday, but will be
held at 6:30 O'clock p. m., on the next succeeding day thereafter
which is not a legal holiday. Any regular meeting may be
adjourned from time to time, and special meetings may be
called in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner
prescribed by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
380, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Irwindale, held on the 28th day of March, 1985, and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Castellanos, P. Miranda, Tapia
and Mayor Michael Miranda;
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
