AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 5.08.010
THROUGH 5.08.470 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 5.0$.010 through 5.08.480 of the
Irwindale Municipal Code is hereby amended as outlined in Exhibit
"a" on file with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1985.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
379, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Irwindale, held on the 28th day of March, 1985, and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk by the
following vote of the Council:
