ORDINANCE NO. 383
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE READOPTING ORDINANCE NO.
294 ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND
PURSUANT TO SECTION 53730 ET SEQ OF THE
GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 53730 et seq of the Government
Code of the State of California, Ordinance No. 294 is readopted for a
period of ten (10) years for the purpose of making capital outlays
on or after July 1, 1985.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 1985.

hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on June 27, 1985, and duly

meeting of said City Council held on the 22nd day of July, 1985, by
