ORDINANCE NO. 385
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE INCREASING THE
SALARIES OF COUNCILMEN AS PERMITTED
BY LAW.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2.04.040 of the Irwindale Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of the Sections 36516.2
and 36516.5 of the California Government Code and 57 A. G. Ops 11,
the salaries of the Councilmen of Irwindale are hereby increased
i July 1, 1984, (or as soon thereafter as is permitted by law) to
$250.00 per month. This ordinance memorializes minute action of
June 30, 1984.
SECTION 3• The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1985.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
385, was introduced at a regular meeting held on September 26, 1985,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
adjourned meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1985, by the
following vote:
