ORDINANCE NO. 387
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
2.28.040 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF PARK &
RECREATION COMMISSIONERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2.28.040 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
112.28.040: Compensation and Expenses. Each member of the
Park & Recreation Commission shall receive the sum of
$75.00 for each regular meeting actually attended, which
in no event shall exceed a total of $75.00 per month
each. Each member may receive reasonable traveling and
incidental expenses when attending conferences and actual
and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of
official duties. No expense of any kind shall be incurred
by the Park & Recreation Commission or members there,
unless first authorized and approved by the City Council.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall confirm Council action of
June 30, 1984.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.

387, was introduced at a regular meeting held on September 26, 1985,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved

adjourned meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1985, by the
