AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
THE ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY BY
CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES.
CASE NO. 85-4-ZC/CUP
ALPHA PIT PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of
California, the Zoning Code of this City and Zone Map provided
therein are hereby amended to indicate that the following
described property is rezoned from A-1 and M-1 to M-2 (D -A #2)
as shown in Exhibit "A" and "B" on file with the City Clerk.
(LHF 27-4)
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1985.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
391, was introduced at a regular meeting held on November 14,
1985, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular adjourned meeting held on the 19th day of December,
1985, by the following vote:
