ORDINANCE NO. 393
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL'
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AND THE BOARD OF
ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That an amendment to the Contract between the
City Council of the City of Irwindale and the Board of Administration,
California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized,
a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit All,
and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out
in full.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City Council of the City of
Irwindale is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute
said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 1986.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
393, was introduced at a regular meeting held on January 23, 1986,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
adjourned meeting held on the 27th day of February, 1986, by the
following vote of the Council.
