ORDINANCE 396
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE EXTENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 394, RELATING TO A
MORATORIUM ON NEW USES CLASSIFIED
AS "HAZARDOUS USES"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that:
A. Pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government
Code of the State of California and after
duly held public hearing thereon the City
Council does hereby extend Ordinance No.
394 for an additional 180 days.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 1986.

meeting of the City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on
the 27th day of March, 1986, and was duly passed, approved and
adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk by the following vote of the Council:
