ORDINANCE NO. 402
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE
CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That an amendment to the Contract between the City
Council of the City of Irwindale and the board of Administration,
California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized,
a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A",
and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out
in full.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized,
empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf
of said Agency.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Irwindale shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be posted and
published as required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1986.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
402, was introduced at a regular meeting held on May 22, 1986 and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of June, 1986, by the following vote
of the Council.
