AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY BY
CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY (CASE NO. 87-2-ZC, FRAIJO STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the
Planning Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the
State of California, the Zoning Code of this City, and the Zone
Map provided therein are hereby amended to indicate that the
following described property is rezoned from M-1 to R-1.
That Lots 2-9 of Parcel Map Number 17659, in the
City of Irwindale, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per parcel map book number 186,
page 83 and 84 of parcel maps in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County.
General described as the west side of Fraijo
Street, north of Cypress Street.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 26th day of March 1987.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.413 was
approved on first reading on the 26th day of February, 1987,
approved and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 26th day
