AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE ADDING
SECTION 5.08.362 TO THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES FOR FILLING STATIONS
The City Council of the City of Irwindale ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5.08.362 is added to the
Irwindale Municipal Code to read as follows:
5.08.361 Service stations - Prerequisites
;i to license issuance. A license to operate a
filling station, as described in Section
1 17.80.030(x) of this Code, shall not be issued to
any person or entity whose application is filed
after the effective date of this Section, until
that person or entity has caused at public
restroom to be installed in the filling station
for use by its customers.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to
the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall
cause the same to be published according to law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 416 was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Irwindale held on June 25,
1987 and was approved on first reading, and was approved,
passed and adopted at their regular meeting of July 30,
1987.
