AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
AMENDING THE C-2 TEXT OF THE ZONING
CODE TO ALLOW ANCILLARY USES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 17.40.010(14) is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 17.40.010(14). Churches, subject to a
conditional use permit; and residential structures used in
connection with churches;
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 1988.

I, Deputy City Clerk of the City of Irwindale, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 422,
was approved on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 28th day of January, 1988, and was
approved, passed and adopted at second reading at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of February, 1988 by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Breceda, Diaz, Miranda, Castellanos, and
Tapia
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
