ORDINANCE NO. 431
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
2.32.030 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF
PLANNING COMMISSIONERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2.32.030 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is herebv amended to read as follows:
112.32.030: Compensation and Expenses. Each member of
the Planning Commission shall receive the sum of $125.00
for each regular meeting actually attended which in no
event shall exceed a total of $125.00 per month each.
Each member may receive reasonable traveling and
incidental expenses when attending planning conferences,
meetings of planning executives, or hearings on planning
legislation or matter affecting planning within the City
and actual and necessary expenses incurred in the
performance of official duties. No expense of any kind
shall be incurred by the Planning Commission or members
thereof, unless first authorized and approved by the
City Council.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall confirm Council action
of December 15, 1988.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.

431, was introduced at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day
of February, 1989, and was approved on first reading, and was
duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council at their
regular meeting of March 23, 1989.
