AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 354 OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE RELATING TO
BUILDING FEES
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 304(a) of the Los Angeles County
Building Code is amended by amending Table No. 3-A by two (2)
times the fees shown.
SECTION 2. Section 82.8 of the Los Angeles County
Electrical Code is amended by two (2) times the fees shown.
SECTION 3. Article 3, Section 59, Tables I and II of
the Los Angeles County Plumbing Code is amended by two (2)
times the fees shown.
SECTION 4. Section 304 of the Los Angeles County
Mechanical Code is amended by two (2) times the fees shown.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th -day of Octeper, 1989.

I, Deputy City Clerk of the City of Irwindale, do hereby
certify that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 436
was introduced at a regular meeting held on the day of
September 28, 1989, and was approved on first reading, and was
duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council at their
adjourned regular meeting of October 12, 1989 by the following
vote of the Council:
