AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, THE GENERAL
PLAN, AND THE ZONE MAP BY RECLAS-
SIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM A-1 TO C-2
(CASE NO.89-10-ZC, RIPS, CYPRESS ST.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the
Planning Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the
State of California, the property at the northwest corner of
Irwindale Avenue and Cypress Street, more fully described in
Exhibits A and B attached is hereby reclassified from A-1 to
C-2 and the Zoning Code, the General Plan and the Zone Map
are amended accordingly.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published according to law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1990.

foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 441 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Irwindale held on April 26, 1990, and was approved on first
reading, and was duly approved, passed and adopted on second
reading at the regular meeting held May 24, 1990 by the
following vote of the Council:
