AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY -OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
13.04.040 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE RE SANITARY SEWER AND INDUSTRIAL
WASTE ORDINANCE OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY
(ORDINANCE 89-0101, PASSED JULY 27, 1989)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. On July 27, 1989, the Los Angeles County
Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance amending the Los
Angeles County Code, Title 20, Utilities, Division 2,
"Sanitary Sewer and Industrial Waste Ordinance" Three
copies of said code, as amended, have been deposited with
the City Clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the
City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
SECTION 2. The City of Irwindale does hereby adopt
said code, as amended, by reference. The attached Exhibit A
more fully describes the amendments to said code.
SECTION 3. Section 13.040.040 of the Irwindale
Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
'If. Chapter 20.36 - Industrial Waste, Part 2 - Fees
and Deposits, is amended by increasing the fees to
one and one-half times the amount set forth."
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published according to law.

I, Deputy City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance N0.442 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Irwindale held on April 26, 1990, and was approved on first
reading, and was duly approved, passed and adopted on second
reading at the regular meeting held May 24, 1990 by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen Barbosa, Diaz, Miranda, Hernandez
and Mayor Chico
NOES: None

ABSTAIN: None
