ORDINANCE NO. 443
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE ADOPTING A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT
TO CERTAIN PROPERTIES (UCP/KOLL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain Development Agreement attached
hereto as Exhibit A, and by this reference enclosed herein
as though set forth in full, is hereby adopted with respect
to the property described as in exhibit to said Development
Agreement, more generally known as United Concrete Pipe
property, consisting of 57 acres, located at the junction of
Arrow Highway and Live Oak Avenues.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published according to law.
APPROVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of June,
1990.

I, Deputy City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 443 was introduced
at an adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of
Irwindale held on June 14, 1990, and was approved on first
reading, and was duly approved, passed and adopted on second
reading at the regular meeting held June 28, 1990 by the
following vote of the Council:
