AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
TITLE 17, CHAPTER 17.56 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO REGULATIONS
FOR AUTOMOBILE DISMANTLING YARDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Title, 17 "ZONING", Chapter 17.56, 11M-2
Heavy Manufacturing Zone", Section 17.56.070 is hereby
amended by adding:
B. 116. All references to asbestos panels in this section
as an allowed construction material are deleted."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published according to law.
APPROVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of August,
1990.

foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No.444 was introduced
at an regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Irwindale held on July 26, 1990, and was approved on first
reading, and was duly approved, passed and adopted on second
reading at the regular meeting held August 23, 1990 by the
following vote of the Council:
