AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTIONS
2.04.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
COUNCIL MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, Section 2.04.010 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
2.04.010 council meetings. There shall be two regular
meetings of the city council during each calendar month
and such meetings shall be held on the second and
fourth Thursdays thereof, at the hour of six -thirty
p.m.; provided, however, that if the date of any such
regular meeting falls on a holiday, said regular
meeting may not be held that holiday, but will be held
at six -thirty p.m. on the next succeeding day
thereafter which is not a legal holiday. Any regular
meeting may be adjourned from time to time, and special
meetings may be called in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published according to law.

foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance N0.448 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
{ Irwindale held on February 28, 1991, and was approved on
first reading, and was duly approved, passed and adopted on
second reading at the regular meeting held March 14, 1991 by
the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen Barbosa, Diaz, Miranda, Hernandez and Chico
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
