ORDINANCE NO. 456
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 15.04.050
OF TITLE 15 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO'PERMIT FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 15.040.050 of Chapter 15.04 of
Title 15 is hereby amended to read, in words and figures, as
follows:
"15.04.050 Fees. Fees for permits issued shall be as
established by resolution of the City Council."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published according to law.
