ORDINANCE NO. 482
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTIONS 2.28.040 AND
2.32.030 OF TITLE 2 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE PERTAINING TO SALARIES OF PARR AND
RECREATION AND PLANNING COMMISSIONERS.
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain
as follows:
Section &. Section 2.28.040 of Chapter 2.28 of Title 2
of the Irwindale Municipal Code hereby is amended to read, in
words and figures, as follows:
"Sec. 2.28.040 Compensation and Expenses.
"Each member of the Park and Recreation Commission
shall receive the sum of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars
p ($125.00) for each regular meeting of the Park and
Recreation Commission actually attended by each such
Commissioner, not to exceed a maximum of One Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) per month. Each
Commissioner may receive reasonable travel, subsistence,
lodging and incidental expenses incurred for attendance
at conferences and actual and necessary expenses
incurred by Commissioners in the performance of their
official duties. All expense reimbursements shall be
made in accordance with policies and procedures
established therefor by the City Council and shall be
approved by the City Council."

Section 2. Section 2.32.030 of Chapter 2.32 of Title 2
of the Irwindale Municipal Code hereby is amended to read, in
words and figures, as follows:
"Sec. 2.32.030 Compensation and menses.
"Each member of the Planning Commission shall
receive the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
for each regular meeting of the Planning Commission
actually attended by each such Commissioner, not to
exceed a maximum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
per month. Each Commissioner may receive reasonable
travel, subsistence, lodging and incidental expenses
incurred for attendance at conferences and actual and
necessary expenses incurred by Commissioners in the
performance of their official duties. All expense
reimbursements shall be made in accordance with policies
and procedures established therefor by the City Council
and shall be approved by the City Council."
Section 3. The City Clerk shall attest to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.

introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Irwindale held on the 24th day of January , 1994, and
was finally passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Irwindale held on the 10th day of February ,
1994 by the following vote:

Barbosa and Diaz
