AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE ADDING SECTION 17.08.433 TO
CHAPTER 17.08 OF TITLE 17 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A DEFINITION OF
RESIDENTIAL GARAGE SALE.
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain
as follows:
section 2.
Section 17.08.433 hereby is added to Chapter 17.08 of
Title 17 of the Irwindale Municipal Code to read, in words and
figures, as follows:
"Sec. 17.08.433. Residential Garage Sales.
`Residential garage sales' means the sale, trade or exchange
of personal property of a type commonly utilized in a
personal residence, including, but not limited to, toys,
clothing, appliances, furniture, electronic devices,
sporting goods, tools and equipment, by a resident of the
City either at the resident's place of domicile or upon an
adjacent, unimproved parcel of land within the City."
Section 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law.

Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Irwindale held on the 28th day of April , 1994, and
was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Irwindale held on the 9th day of May _ ,
1994, by the following vote:
