f AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR AND 2004-2005 AND ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 AND 2006-2007
WHEREAS, the City Council ("City"), pursuant to its Ordinance No. 582 adopted
the revised FY2004-2005 Budget on June 1, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to make adjustments to the adopted Budget FY
2004-2005 Budget consistent with the activities and progress of projects and programs
that have transpired since the adoption of the Budget; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed budget adjustments for FY 2004-2005, and
the proposed budget for FY 2005-2006 and FY 2006-2007 have been on file in the Office
of the Deputy City Clerk for public review; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing to consider
the proposed budget on June 7, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Irwindale hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the appropriations and adjustments to the Budget for Fiscal
Years 2004-2005, and the proposed budget for FY2005-2006 and FY2006-2007 attached
hereto, and as modified by the City Council, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published or posted, as required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5t' day of July 2005.
